Students will learn the basics of handbuilding during this session. We will cover pinch, coil and slab work while making a teapot, coffee carafe, pour-over, and teacups with saucers followed by a serving tray. This class is beginner friendly and will have lots of options for growth for those with previous experience.
Class price includes instructional time, 25lb bag of clay and the use of the studio during set open hours. Students have access to some shared studio tools, glazes and firings, and an introduction to an awesome community and space.
Personal Tools are available new for purchase for $25.00 or used for $10. Please reserve your set prior to the start date.
An additional bag of clay can be purchased through the studio if needed.
