Students will get a hands-on exploration of clay by throwing on the potter's wheel. This 5+ day workshop will allow students to build skills quickly. Wheel throwing is challenging and fun! Please only enroll children who are willing to pay attention and stick with it as they learn and grow. We will cover centering, throwing, and trimming and glazing. A final glaze day to wrap up some pieces may be organized w/ the class.
