SKILL BUILDING: WHEEL THROWN SETS

This six-hour workshop with Gloria Herman, production potter w/ Wolf Ceramics is designed for intermediate students eager to explore the world of tableware sets! We will break down the full process - from design choices to prototyping and executing consistent forms on the wheel. Participants will begin to develop their own tableware forms while learning strategies to improve throwing consistency, efficiency, and precision. Whether you're looking to hone techniques, consider new strategies, or experiment with design ideas, this workshop offers the opportunity to elevate your ceramics practice and boost you on your journey to producing elegant, handmade tableware.

Pack a lunch and join in the fun. This class does not include firing for non-members. Please bring your own bats and clay if you'd like to fire your work at your personal studio.
